The ambassador stressed the need to turn shared interests into practical results through agreements, protocols and stronger bilateral relations. He said Angola wanted to make better use of the opportunities Qatar offered and develop partnerships that could deliver tangible benefits.
Strengthening Angola-Qatar Relations
Reflecting on his team’s work in Qatar, the ambassador said he was satisfied with its efforts to promote Angola, although he believed more could be achieved.
He said Angola had significant potential and that closer engagement with Qatar could help both countries explore areas of common interest. Practical initiatives and formal arrangements could encourage investment and strengthen economic links.
Through its participation in Hospitality Qatar, Angola aims to improve its international profile, showcase its tourism attractions and connect with potential partners. The ambassador emphasised that closer cooperation could support tourism development while opening further opportunities for business and investment.
The ambassador’s participation also highlighted the value of international exhibitions in connecting countries with potential business partners.
