Doha, Qatar; 7 October 2026: Dar Global, the London-listed luxury international real estate developer, has officially opened sales for its Trump Villas within Trump International Golf Club Simaisma, Qatar, witnessing unprecedented demand and strong investor interest since sales launched on 1 October.
The limited release includes three-, four- and five-bedroom Trump Villas, each offering the privacy of a gated community, along with elevated views of the expansive 18-hole golf course, Simaisma beach and the open sea.
