ISLAMABAD, Sept. 16 — Former Premier League defender Titus Bramble has joined the Pakistan men’s national football team as assistant coach, marking a new chapter in his coaching career.
The Pakistan Football Federation confirmed Bramble’s appointment on Tuesday, saying the former English defender will begin his new role with the senior national side.
Bramble made more than 200 Premier League appearances during his playing career and represented clubs including Ipswich Town, Newcastle United and Wigan Athletic.
The former defender brings extensive experience from English professional football to Pakistan’s national setup.
His appointment comes as Pakistan continues efforts to strengthen its football structure and improve the performance of its national teams.
The Pakistan Football Federation has been working on reforms and development programmes aimed at improving domestic football and strengthening the national side.
Bramble is expected to work with the coaching staff and players as Pakistan prepares for upcoming international competitions and qualification campaigns.
