DOHA, Qatar • 26 October 2026 – His Excellency Mr. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, the Minister of State for Energy Affairs, met in Moscow today with His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Arkab, the Minister of Energy and Mines of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
Discussions during the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the 28th Ministerial Meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum, dealt with energy relations and cooperation between Qatar and Algeria.
