DOHA, Qatar • 26 October 2026 – His Excellency Mr. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, the Minister of State for Energy Affairs, met in Moscow today with Her Excellency Mrs. Paula Henao, the Oil Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
Discussions during the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the 28th Ministerial Meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum, dealt with energy relations and cooperation between Qatar and Venezuela.
