Doha, Qatar — The ICC Eves Toastmasters Club Open House soared to new heights with an evening filled with energy, laughter, inspiration and powerful communication.
The event took off with Sergeant at Arms TM Sariga Nath, who warmly welcomed everyone before handing over the proceedings to Club President TM Ambily Vinod.
Keeping the momentum alive, Toastmaster of the day TM Beena Manzoor brilliantly carried the meeting forward under the vibrant theme “The Glow Up Era.” Her vibrant energy brought the theme to life and kept the audience engaged throughout.
At the centre of the stage was our keynote speaker, DTM Asha Shiju, whose powerful presence and captivating delivery became a defining moment of the Open House. She connected effortlessly with the audience, filling the room with energy and inspiration and leaving everyone mesmerized by her message.
Adding another powerful dimension to the evening was TM Bindu Pillai, who delivered an impactful speech. Her confident delivery and meaningful message demonstrated the growth, depth and communication skills that Toastmasters inspires its members to develop.
The fun continued with an exciting Table Topics session conducted by TM Tara Ashish, where members and guests enthusiastically embraced the challenge of impromptu speaking. Laughter, spontaneity and confident responses filled the room!
The evening was further enriched by the presence of Area 18 Director TM Neha Yusuf, senior members Club Growth Director DTM Naila Rizvan and Program Quality Director DTM Ajaya Rogiye along with several enthusiastic guests.
The meeting was enriched by the thoughtful evaluation of TM Latha Ramakrishnan and Past District Director DTM Alar Mel Mangai, who took on the role of General Evaluator and performed it exceptionally well, offering valuable observations and constructive feedback that added depth to the evening.
From the opening welcome to the final applause, the evening truly embodied the spirit of “The Glow Up Era” — growing in confidence, glowing in communication and going beyond limitations.
