Islamabad, September 11 (QNA) – The Pakistani military announced today that four militants were killed during an intelligence-based operation carried out by security forces in the Kurram district in the northwest of the country.
The Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) reported that those killed included a senior commander belonging to a banned militant group who was involved in several militant activities in Pakistan.
The Pakistani military has been conducting operations for several years against militant groups active in various parts of the country.
