Gaza, November 15 (QNA) – A number of Palestinians were martyred and others were wounded Friday in an Israeli bombing of a camp for displaced persons in the southern Gaza Strip.
Medical sources in Gaza said that 7 Palestinians were killed after Israeli occupation warplane targeted a tent housing displaced persons in the coastal area of Al Mawasi, west of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The sources added that an Israeli helicopter fired a missile at the tent, which is located in a camp crowded with displaced persons, resulting in a large number of martyrs and wounded, including children and women, noting that among the martyrs were 5 from one family, a mother and her children.
The sources indicated that medical teams and civil defense transferred the bodies of the martyrs and wounded to hospitals in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza Strip.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced Friday that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 of last year has risen to 43,764 martyrs, in addition to 103,490 wounded
