DOHA, QATAR – June 11, 2025 – The Ideal Indian School Gavel Club held its installation ceremony for the new Executive Committee (Excom) today at the KG Auditorium, marking a fresh start for enhancing public speaking and leadership skills among its members.
The event commenced with a welcome from club President Ms. Venika Anil, followed by the official handover to the new officers. The 2025 Excom includes: President: Ms. Venika Anil, Vice President Education: Master Ihsan Mohammed, Vice President Membership: Ms. Aseel Elfateh ,Vice President Public Relations: Master Mohammed Areeb ,Secretary: Ms. Afrin Salma,Treasurer: Master Leonel Mathew ,Sergeant at Arms: Master Ayman Muhammed
MTM Richa Sachdeva, Gavel Club Coordinator for Division E, delivered a keynote address on the significance of leadership and communication. MTM Nirmala, Area Director 17, administered the oath of office, offering inspiring advice. DTM Rajend Menon, Director Division E, also encouraged active participation to hone leadership and communication abilities.
Ideal Indian School Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb congratulated the new Excom, stressing the importance of mastering public speaking. The ceremony was also attended by Club Counsellor Mr. Sajid Shamim, Headmaster Junior Section, and Teacher In-charges Ms. Lipsy Sabu, Ms. Saba Ali, Ms. Bindu Babu, and Ms. Rehana.
