Turkish Embassy Iftar Promotes Unity and Peace Amidst Global Challenges.

RKI Desk Doha, March 14, 2024: The Turkish Embassy organized an Iftar Dinner for Qatari Media at the Ambassador’s residence. A large number of local media representatives attended, including print, broadcasting, and social media personnel. Among the guests were dignitaries from local government departments, heads of all media outlets, and staff from the Turkish Embassy in Qatar.
Dr. Mustafa Goksu, Ambassador, extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests, ladies, and gentlemen attending the traditional Turkish Embassy Iftar. He expressed deep appreciation for their presence as they gathered to partake in the cherished tradition. The occasion, he noted, served as a reminder of the universal values of respect, sympathy, and solidarity that bind humanity together. Dr. Goksu emphasized the importance of dialogue, connection, and global peace advocacy, especially during Ramadan, a time of introspection and unity. He called for embracing principles of tolerance and respect beyond cultural boundaries. Dr. Goksu hoped that the Iftar would symbolize shared humanity and collective aspirations for a compassionate world.
Acknowledging the guests’ support in covering the humanitarian situation in Gaza, Dr. Goksu expressed gratitude and recognized Qatar’s significant role in raising awareness of the crisis through continuous media coverage.
Furthermore, Dr. Goksu thanked Nebras Media for facilitating the gathering and expressed appreciation once more for the
guests’ presence at the Iftar table.
