The Ready Future Center for Educational, Technological, and Human Resources Consulting has concluded its Programming and Artificial Intelligence Camp, a pioneering educational initiative designed to promote inclusion and prepare youth, including students with disabilities, for the future labor market.
The camp was part of the “Your Voice is Power” initiative, led by Dr. Mervat Ibrahim, CEO of Ready Future Center, a respected businesswoman, peace ambassador, and volunteer with the Qatar Society for People with Special Needs. The initiative focused on integrating students with disabilities into the digital world, equipping them with practical programming skills and foundational knowledge in artificial intelligence.
Aligned with the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030, the program highlighted the importance of building a knowledge-based society by investing in all human capital. The camp featured hands-on training in coding, AI applications, teamwork, and creative thinking, along with dedicated sessions for parents to strengthen their support roles.
Dr. Mervat Ibrahim emphasized that the camp reflects the Center’s mission to eliminate barriers to technology and innovation.
“Education is not just about skills, but about the right of every person to learn, grow, and contribute. Inclusion is a national and ethical commitment,” she stated.
The program was held in collaboration with the Qatar Society for People with Special Needs, under the guidance of Mr. Amir Al Mulla, its Executive Director. He praised the partnership as a model for cooperation between civil society and the private sector to achieve sustainable development and social justice.
During the closing ceremony, Dr. Ibrahim honored the participating students for their dedication and achievements, noting that their success is a powerful reminder that willpower and determination can overcome any challenge.
“This recognition marks a new beginning for these talented students.”
Dr. Ibrahim announced plans to expand the “Your Voice is Power” initiative into fields such as cybersecurity, robotics, and digital innovation, further promoting inclusive participation in Qatar’s economy.
This successful initiative reflects Qatar’s unwavering commitment to inclusive, future-oriented education and its vision of empowering all citizens through innovation and opportunity.
