MIRPUR ( AJK): Sept. 23: Officers and subordinate employees of various AJK government functioneries staged “Stability of Kashmir and Kashmir Freedom Movement Rally” here on Tuesday, it was officially said.
The rally started from MUST varsity old campus and turned into a mammoth public congregation at central Shaheed cowk.
Ourc Special Jammu Kashmir state Correspondent Altaf Hamid Rao reports from Mirpur that Commissioner Mirpur Division Chaudhry Mukhtar Hussain, Commissioner Inland Revenue Syed Ansar Ali, Deputy Commissioner Yasir Riaz, SSP Khurram Iqbal, Director State MDA Chaudhry Amjad Iqbal, Divisional Chief AJK PID Mirpur Javed Malik, Gazette Officers Association, President, President AJK Teachers Organization, Heads of Department of Education Schools and Colleges, MUST Varsity employees, Local Government, Education Board, Inland Revenue, Audit Office, Tourism, Fisheries, Information, Public Health Engineering, Irrigation led thr rally.
Participants were waving national flags of Pakistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir in the rally raising full-throated slogans of KashmirBaney Gaa PKistan, Pakistan Zindabad, Pak Army Zindabad, Tehreek -e -Azadi Kashmir Zindabad, Kashmir Zindabad, martyrs of Pak army, martyrs of Kashmir, martyrs of police, martyrs of emergency services and other martyrs for laying down supreme sacrifices of their lives for the sake of the nation and the country.
Keeping the spirit of maintaining sanctity, dignity and honor of the state institutions and the State writ, it was aimed at to maintain and encourage the mutual unity and solidarity among the officers and employees of all the public sector institutions.
Besides the Divisional Commissioner Ch Mukhtar Hussain, AJK Gazetted Officers Association President Shehzada,Aurangzeb, Chief Officer MCM Raja Shiraz Khan, DEO Mohammad Ishaq Mughal, Masood Rathore, leader of employees organizations, Zia Minhas, Malik Rashid Mahmood, Mohammad Tariq, Raheel Butt and others addressed the rally while a large number of officers were present in the rally.
