Qatar Participates in High-Level Event on “Promoting a Culture of Peace and Tolerance”

New York, September 23 (QNA) – The State of Qatar participated in a high-level event organized by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) titled “Promoting a Culture of Peace and Tolerance,” commemorating the 1,500th anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The State of Qatar was represented at the event by HE Director of International Organizations Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sheikha Hanouf bint Abdulrahman Al-Thani.
