Free Healthcare Camp for Qatari Expatriates Organized in Doha

Doha, September 19, 2025 (EM Akash) – A free healthcare camp for Qatari expatriates was organized under the initiative of the Lakshmipur District Association, Doha, Qatar. The event saw enthusiastic participation, with 557 expatriates receiving health services and expressing appreciation for the initiative.
The program was presided over by Md. Bahar Uddin, President of the Lakshmipur District Association, Doha. Abdullah Al Razi, First Secretary (Political) of the Bangladesh Embassy, attended as the chief guest. The program was moderated by EM Akash, Director of Akash Media Bhuvan.
Special guests included Bangladesh Cultural Academy Doha Qatar President and Qatar City Corporation Engineer Akhtar Zaman Mamun, Haris Chowdhury Foundation President Hasan Ahmed, eminent social worker Kazi Ariful Islam, Feni Association President Md. Tajul Islam, Mireshwari Association President and Chittagong Association Advisor Nurul Afsar Babul, Brahmanbaria District Association President AKM Aminul Haque, Pirojpur District Association and human rights organization Sahas representatives, prominent travel businessman Md. Riazul Islam, Faridpur District Association Convener Engineer Mohammad Selim, former Bangladesh Friends Club President Iqbal Hossain Rony, and leaders from various Bangladeshi social organizations in Qatar.
During the event, free water was distributed by Shine Gold and Diamonds, and cash vouchers were awarded through a raffle draw.
