Resolve of Maintaining Law And Order in all circumstances: District Administration Stages Flag March in Mirpur AJK

MIRPUR ( AJK ): Sept. 25:Lake district of Mirpur AJK Thursday witnessed the longest flag march conducted by the District Administration to demonstrate the authority’s firm resolve and spirit to maintain complete peace and order in the district ensuring complete safety and security of the private and public property in all circumstances.

Headed by Deputy Commissioner Yasir Riaz and SSP Khurram Iqbal, holding of thr the flag march comprising long armored vehicles, fleet was aimed at to ensure the rule of law and constitution, the safety of citizens, institutions and government property, and to ensure the security of the citizens.

Commencing from central Chowk Shaheedan, the long march passed through Afzalpur, Jatlan, Khaliqabad, F -3 F -1 besides other major roads and streets and culminated at the District Courts premises.

District authorities told this Correspondent here Thursday evening that main purpose of the flag march was to keep the public aware of the steps taken by the administration and the police to maintain the rule of law and constitution.

During the flag march, officers of the law enforcement and executive agencies and the police personnel were enthusiastically dedicated to the spirit of the state to cope with all kinds of situations in order to maintain the rule of law in the state.

Speaking on the occasion of the flag march, Deputy Commissioner Yasir Riaz and SSP Khurram Iqbal said that all law enforcement agencies in Mirpur district were fully alert and prepared to provide all civilian facilities for safety and protection to the public. The law enforcement functioneries will not allow anyone to worsen the law and order situation, nor will give any concession to those to be found involved in creating any law and order situation in any part of the district.
