DOHA, Qatar • 22 October 2025 – His Excellency Mr. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, the Minister of State for Energy Affairs, met in Doha today with His Excellency Mr. Khalifa Abdul-Sadiq, the Minister of Oil and Gas in the Government of National Unity of the State of Libya.
Discussions during the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) Ministerial Meeting, covered energy relations and cooperation between Qatar and Libya and means to enhance them, as well as issues related to the Forum.
