MIRPUR ( AJK): Jan 22 : Terming January 27 protest call given by JKJAAC in solidarity with the incarcerated party’s supremo Yasin Malik, the
Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front timely and appropriate, the JKLF (Y) Thursday appealed people to respond the call with their active participation in the protests to have their part of contributions in the on-going campaign “Justice for Yasin Malik”, the JKLF officially said.

“The Front has issued directives to its world spread party cadre to play pro-active role in arranging these protests”, the JKLF spokesman said.

The Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) welcomed the protest call given by Jammu Kashmir Joint Action Committee (JKJAAC) for 27 January against India and in solidarity with the illegally incarcerated JKLF Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik.

In a statement issued from party’s central information office the JKLF chief spokesman and Yasin Malik’s special representative, Muhammad Rafiq Dar, termed the protest call by JKJAAC as timely and appropriate.

According to the statement, Rafiq Dar said that Yasin Malik is our national hero who, for his political belief, has been the worst victim of political vendetta at the hands of the current extremist government of India.

In order to have their effective contributions in the ongoing campaign “Justice For Yasin Malik”, the JKLF spokesman has appealed the people of Jammu Kashmir to respond the call with their active participation in the protests.

The JKLF has issued directions to its world spread party cadre, in and outside the State, to play their pro-active role in arranging these protests. The spokesman has appealed people to demand the release of all pro-freedom Kashmiri political prisoners languishing in Indian jails.
