Doha Music Lovers, a well-known cultural organization committed to the promotion of performing arts, has announced the launch of a series of Singing and Dance Competitions across various states of India, in affiliation with Rhythm Rise.
The competitions will be conducted across nearly 10 districts in the first phase, providing a strong platform for emerging and aspiring singers and dancers to showcase their talent. The initiative aims to identify grassroots talent and offer them a professional, transparent, and encouraging environment to grow and gain recognition at a national and international level.
One of the key highlights of this initiative is the presence of international judges from Qatar, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom, ensuring global standards of evaluation and exposure for the participants. This international jury panel will bring diverse perspectives and industry experience, offering valuable feedback and credibility to the competition.
The contests will feature both singing and dance categories, with multiple rounds, live performances, and structured evaluations. Several auditions will be conducted free of cost, ensuring inclusivity and wider participation from all sections of society.
Speaking on the occasion, Syed Rafi, President of Doha Music Lovers, stated:
“India has an abundance of exceptional talent, especially in music and dance, but many aspiring artists lack access to the right platform. Through our association with Rhythm Rise, we aim to reach talented individuals across districts and provide them with a credible stage judged by international experts. Our vision is to nurture talent, encourage confidence, and open doors to larger opportunities for the next generation of performers.”
He further added that Doha Music Lovers has consistently worked towards cultural promotion and talent development, and this initiative reflects their commitment to empowering artists and promoting Indian performing arts on a global platform.
The Rhythm Rise competition series is expected to receive strong participation from schools, colleges, dance academies, music institutions, and independent artists, with detailed district-wise schedules to be announced shortly.
