Muscat: Pakistan Social Club Oman, in collaboration with the Embassy of Pakistan, successfully organized a soul-stirring Qawwali Night at the Open Theatre of the Muscat Nights Festival. The event drew an enthusiastic and record-breaking audience of over 4,000 attendees, making it one of the most memorable and highly attended cultural evenings in the history of Muscat Nights.
The evening was spiritually uplifting and culturally enriching, featuring mesmerizing performances by renowned Qawwals Ustad Fareed Ayaz Sahib and Janab Abu Muhammad Sahib, accompanied by their brothers. Their magical renditions of classical Qawwali, blending profound poetry with intricate rhythms, captivated the audience, creating an atmosphere of devotion, harmony, and cultural pride, amplified by continuous applause, standing ovations, and heartfelt appreciation throughout the program.
Pakistan Social Club Oman extended sincere appreciation to the management of Muscat Nights, especially Dr. Eng. Nasser Salim Al Sadi and his dedicated team, for providing a prestigious platform to showcase Pakistan’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage. Their professionalism, cooperation, and support were instrumental in the flawless execution of the event, ensuring every aspect—from stage arrangements to audience engagement—was seamless.
The success of the evening was made possible through the tireless efforts and teamwork of Pakistan Social Club Oman’s leadership, including Chairman Mohammad Nadeem Azeemi, Vice Chairman Zahid Shakoor, Finance Director Imran Toor, General Secretary Kashif Ahmed Zaeem, Joint Secretary Mohammad Kaleem Akhtar, Directors Shaandar Bokhari and Mrs. Azra Aleem, along with committed volunteers. The Embassy of Pakistan’s active support further elevated the event’s stature and significance, adding diplomatic prestige to the cultural showcase.
