Doha, February 17 (QNA) – HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a phone call Tuesday from HE Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.
At the outset of the call, HH the Amir and HE the Prime Minister exchanged congratulations and greetings on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan, and discussed the cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them in various fields.
They also addressed the latest developments in the region, particularly the current developments in the Middle East, where both sides exchanged views on ways to reduce escalation and enhance stability, and emphasized the importance of diplomatic solutions and dialogue to resolve crises at the regional and global levels.
