The Turkish Embassy in Doha hosted its Annual Iftar for Ambassadors for 2026, bringing together esteemed ambassadors in a warm and cordial atmosphere that reflected the essence of the holy month of Ramadan.
As one of the Embassy’s established Ramadan traditions, the event aimed to further reinforce bilateral ties and encourage closer engagement among nations represented in Doha. Beyond a ceremonial gathering, the iftar provided a valuable occasion to promote dialogue, goodwill, and mutual confidence—principles that resonate deeply with the spirit of Ramadan.
Delivering his welcome remarks, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Mustafa Göksu emphasized that Ramadan is not only a period of fasting, but also a time for reflection, empathy, and strengthening bonds between peoples.
