Doha, June 14 (QNA) – Qatar News Agency (QNA) launched on Sunday a training course titled ‘The Multimedia Journalist’ as part of the 2026 training plan of the QNA Training Center.
The course, presented by Mazen Al Nuaimi, a media professional at QNA, aims to prepare journalists capable of producing integrated media content that meets the requirements of various media platforms. The three day course focuses on developing the professional skills needed to operate in the fast-paced digital media environment and adapt to the ongoing transformations in content production.
The course covers a number of topics related to the concept of comprehensive journalism and its professional foundations, as well as editing and writing skills for traditional media outlets and digital platforms, and the preparation of reports and field-based visual stories.
It also reviews methods of producing multimedia content, highlights key applications of artificial intelligence in journalism, and examines ways to leverage these technologies to enhance professional performance and improve the efficiency of media content production.
The course is part of the efforts of Qatar News Agency, through the QNA Training Center, to develop national media competencies and keep pace with the rapid developments in the media sector, contributing to improving the quality of media content and production.
