Doha, July 14 (QNA) – The State of Qatar has condemned the assassination attempt on HE former US President Donald Trump that occurred during an election rally in Pennsylvania, expressing its wishes for His Excellency health and safety.

In a statement on Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar’s firm stance against violence and criminal acts, including political assassinations, regardless of the motives and reasons, emphasizing the importance of adopting dialogue and peaceful means, avoiding political violence and hatred to overcome disagreements at all levels.

The ministry also expressed the State of Qatar’s condolences to the victim’s family and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
