India issues 4.3 millions domiciles to non-Kashmiris in IHK: WKAF

Islamabad: August  1st۔ India, occupying illegally via its military a greater part of Jammu and Kashmir state since October 1947 has issued 4.3 million Kashmiri domicile certificates to non-Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir since August 5, 2019.

This illegal measure has been taken to forcibly reduce Kashmiri demography in the state in her favor. US based World Kashmir Awareness Forum has released this figure prior to their scheduled Times Square New York peaceful protest on August 4, 2024.

Peaceful protest by 21 Kashmiri organizations based in USA is aimed at inviting attention of the UNO and world human rights bodies towards continued Indian violations of the UN Security Council’s Kashmir rulings for international plebiscite in Kashmir.

The rules have been accepted both by Pakistan and India but India stands arrogant in flouting the UN Kashmir mandate.

Noted overseas Kashmiri leader Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai is coordinating the peaceful protest arrangements. Peaceful protest will be held at Time Square New York calling upon the world community to help implement UN Kashmir rulings to finally settle the oldest Kashmir dispute.
