In a heartfelt video message from Paris, Pakistani javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem has requested the nation’s prayers for his success in the upcoming javelin final at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

“Thank you for your prayers, and please continue praying for my success in the final,” Nadeem expressed on Wednesday.

The 27-year-old athlete secured his spot in Thursday night’s final with an impressive 86.59m throw at the Stade de France, achieving his season’s best on his first and only attempt in the qualifier round.
