MIRPUR ( AJK): June 25 : The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Azad JammuAJK Chief Justice Raja Saeed Akram Khan expresses condolence over demise of retired Session Judge Zakeriya Bhatti: & Kashmir Justice Raja Saeed Akram Khan has expressed deep sense of shock and grief over the death of senior AJK Judiciary officer – retired District & Session Judge Zakeriya Bhatti, who had breathed his last after prolonged illness here.
The AJK Chief Justice Wednesday visited the residence of the late Judge Zakeriya Bhatti and expressed condolence with his son Advocate Owais Zakeriya Bhatti and other members of the bereaved family, our Jammu Kashmir state Correspondent Altaf Hamid Rao reports.
The,AJK CJ Justice Raja Saeed Akram Khan, while paying tributes to the departed soul on this occasion commended his life time meritorious services both at bench and bar in AJK being a Judge and the seasoned jurist (lawyer) after retirement.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of AJK prayed for the rest of the departed soul in eternal peace and grant of fortitude to the bereaved family to bear the great loss with courage.
Senior Advocates including ex Mirpur DBA President Sardar Ijaz Nazir, Raja Abdul Hafeez Advocate, Faisal Bhatti and Liaqat Ali Bhatti Advocates and Senior Banker Sajid Hameed were also present on this occasion to share grief with the bereaved family.
Meanwhile, speakers including serving and retired judges of superior and subordinate judiciary and senior members of the legal fraternity, while addressing a condolence reference held in the state metroplis on Tuesday, also paid rich tributes to late Distruct & Session Judge Zakeriya Bhatti for his lifetime services both at bench and bar being a seasoned judged and legal expert.
