MIRPUR ( AJK): August 15 : Like,all segments of the civil society, Tanzeem Jaral Rajput Mirpur Chapter celebrateed 79th Independence Day of Pakistan with great enthusiasm and devotion here on Thursday.

Our Special Jammu Kashmir state Correspondent Altaf Hamid Rao reports from Mirpur that the day was marked with a grand ceremony hosted under the chairmanship of the organization’s president Hafiz Muhammad Maqsood Jaral who cut the cake to mark the Independence Day of the homeland.

Speakers while highlighting the significance of the historic day and the Pakistan’s Independence Day and the Kashmir freedom Movement. Speakers paid tributes to the Pakistan Army and the leaders of the Pakistan Movement and the Kashmir freedom Movement.

Participants offered prayer for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs of the homeland, the development and prosperity of the country, and the freedom of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

President of the ceremony Hafiz Muhammad Maqsood Jaral, while expressing his views, said that the establishment of Pakistan is the fruit of the dream of Allama Muhammad Iqbal and the inspiring leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. It is the responsibility of all of us to try to make the beloved homeland a prosperous and welfare state according to the vision of Quaid-e-Azam. It is the motto of conscious nations to pay tribute to the leaders who struggled for the independence of the homeland and to pay tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for it.

Hafiz said the martyrs and ghazis who struggled for the freedom of the state of Jammu and Kashmir are our heroes. Their struggle and sacrifices should not be forgotten. The glorious victory of the Maarka e Haq under the dynamic leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, the Pak Army Chief and the brave armed forces in the recent Indo-Pak war would be written in golden letters in history. The entire nation pays tribute to the Pakistani army for the historic victory in the battle for Righteousness and was always determined to fight shoulder to shoulder the valiant armed forces of Pakistan to protect the beloved homeland, he added.

The ceremony was attended among others by the Central Secretary General of Jaral Rajput Foundation Javed Iqbal Jaral, Central Vice President Asghar Jaral, Central Secretary Information Muhammad Farooq Khan Jaral, Member of Election Committee Mirpur and Former Registrar Mr. Professor Muhammad Shabbir Jaral, Senior Leader Professor Shahid Hussain Jaral, General Secretary of Tanzeem Jaral Mirpur Abdul Rehman Omar Jaral Advocate, Chief Organizer Javed Zafar Jaral, Deputy Secretary Adil Ghulam Mohiuddin Jaral, Senior Leaders Ghiyas Jaral, Muhammad Riaz Jaral, Ajmalullah Jaral and Irfan Jaral, Mohsin Jaral, Hamza Jaral, Abdul Manan Jaral, Mohsin Ali Jaral.

The participants paid rich tribute to the personalities who played a prominent role in the Pakistan Movement and the Jammu and Kashmir Independence Movement. They further said that we salute the greatness of the Ghazis who fought for the freedom of the homeland and its protection and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the homeland.

The participants commendes the services of late Colonel Mirza Hassan Khan Fateh Gilgit, Major Muhammad Khan Jaral Fateh Zojila, Major Qudratullah Jaral Fateh Pando Pahar Muzaffarabad, Colonel Munir Hussain Jaral Fateh Mandi, as well as Colonel Ali Bahadur Jaral in Kangri Bijwal sector, Lieutenant Shah Wali Jaral Shaheed and Zaildar Mirza Muhammad Hussain Jaral in Rajouri and Colonel Imran Arshad Jaral Shaheed in the war against terrorism are part of history and a source of pride for us

President of the Organisation expressed his resolve that since the Jaral tribe had played a key role in the past for the freedom and security of the homeland and in the future too, no sacrifice will be spared for the protection of the beloved homeland and the freedom of occupied Jammu and Kashmir from Indianforced and unlawful rule.
