Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, on Wednesday paid a visit to the Supreme Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in the state metropolis and held a detailed meeting with Chief Justice of Azad Jammu Kashmir Raja Saeed Akram Khan. besides judges of the apex court including Justice Raza Ali Khan and Justice Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry, were also present on this occasion, it was officially said.

The AJK Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, on this occasion, congratulated Justice Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry on his appointment as permanent judge of the Supreme Court of Azad Jammu Kashmir, our Special Jammu Kashmir state Correspondent Altaf Hamid Rao reports quoting authorotative official sources.

Speaking on this occasion, the AJK Prime Minister said that the implementation of court orders, supremacy of the constitution and rule of law and establishing good governance were among the top priorities of his government.

“The Chief Justice and other judges of the Supreme Court warmly welcomed the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu Kashmir upon his arrival at the Supreme Court building complex, the sources told the news agency.

The Prime Minister was accompanied by Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Mian Abdul Waheed on the occasion, the sources added.
