AJK SCBA lambastes Indian State Terrorism, Water Aggression against Pakistan, AJK:

MIRPUR ( AJK): April 27: Azad Jammu & Kashmir Supreme Court Bar Association here on Sunday issued an unflinching condemnation of India’s escalating reign of terror in Indian Illegally occupied Jammu Kashmir state — including the ongoing barbaric demolitions, mass abductions of innocent Kashmiris under the pretext of the false flag operation Pahalgam incident, and the malicious water aggression against Pakistan besides targeting Azad Jammu Kashmir.

Our Special Jammu and Kashmir state Correspondent Altaf Hamid Rao reports from Mirpur that while talking to the media here on Sunday, the AJK SCBA President Advocate Javaid Najam-us-Saqib, declared that the Hindutva-driven Modi regime has crossed every limit of savagery, using state machinery to crush fundamental human rights, destroy Kashmiri civilian homes, imprison youth without trial, and suffocate an entire nation under the boots of militarized oppression.

“This is not governance — it is naked, shameless state terrorism, and the world must call it by its true name”, he observed.

The AJK SCBA President warned that India’s monstrous policies of genocide, demographic engineering, and collective punishment have turned Kashmir into the largest open-air prison in the world. However, neither Indian brutal force nor barbarism can extinguish the Kashmiri nation’s burning quest for freedom, he added.

Describing it a,parallel act of aggression, Saqib said, India has once again weaponized natural resources by unleashing massive water discharges into the Jhelum River without prior warning, endangering the lives and livelihoods of thousands in Hattian Bala and surrounding areas of Azad Jammu Kashmir.

This deliberate act of water terrorism is part of India’s broader war strategy against the people of Kashmir, designed to sow chaos, fear, and destruction.

Issuuing a stern warning to New Delhi, Advocate Javaid Najam-us-Saqib said “Your bullets may pierce bodies, your bulldozers may raze homes, and your waters may flood fields — but you will never conquer the spirit of Kashmiris. You have already lost the moral, legal, and political battle” on the soil of Jammu and Kashmir state”, he added.

“The AJK SCBA President said that his organisation calls upon the United Nations, OIC, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and all freedom-loving nations to abandon their criminal silence.
Every minute of inaction strengthens the hands of tyranny and increases the risk of a devastating regional conflict — including the unthinkable specter of nuclear war”,, he observed.

Saqib said that his Azad Jammu & Kashmir Supreme Court Bar Association demands:

Saqib demanded of the international community the immediate international sanctions against India for crimes against humanity, an independent war crimes investigation into Indian atrocities in Kashmir, emergency diplomatic action against India’s water terrorism, full and unconditional support for the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination as guaranteed by United Nations resolutions”.

“Kashmir’s voice for freedom from Indian yoke can not be crushed. Its rivers will not be used as weapons. Its people will never surrender. The struggle for freedom is irreversible, unstoppable, and inevitable”, he reiterated.

The AJK SCBA President concluded by resolving that the legal fraternity of Azad Jammu Kashmir stands shoulder to shoulder with the resilient people of Kashmir in their just, lawful, and sacred struggle for liberation from Indian illegal occupation — come what may, he declared.
