MIRPUR ( AJK): July 17: Local lad Abdul Samad, a web development trainee from Government College of Technology New City Mirpur, secured the 2nd position winning cash prize of Rs 60,000 in the
National Skill Competition organized by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) in the federal metropolis yesterday, it was officially said.
“Trainees from all four provinces of Pakistan besides Azad Jammu Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan participated” an AJK government spokesman told this Correspondent here late Wednesday.
AJK’s prize winner Abdul Samad, a web development trainee from Government College of Technology New City Mirpur, a subsidiary of AJKTEVTA, secured the second position and received a prize of Rs 60,000.
Chairman state run AJK TEVTA Khawaja Muhammad Naeem Bismil, Principal Engineer Waqas Aziz and all TEVTA staff, have, meanwhile felicitated the prize winner web developer Abdul Samad besides other winner participants of the competition, the spokesman added.
