A photo exhibition highlighting the development of China’s financial sector opened on Tuesday at the National Financial Information Center in Beijing.
The exhibition features 223 photographs released by the Xinhua News Agency, presenting a visual overview of China’s financial development and its role in supporting national economic growth.
Organized into three sections — financial sector development, progress toward building a financial powerhouse, and high-level financial opening-up — the exhibition showcases how financial institutions have contributed to infrastructure development, green financing, and economic modernization.
Among the highlights are photographs showing the work of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in supporting major infrastructure projects and the Agricultural Bank of China in promoting green development initiatives.
The exhibition is part of Xinhua’s “Lens of Xinhua, Images of the Century” series, which aims to present China’s development achievements to global audiences through visual documentation.
