Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) further said, “He who does not thank people has not thanked Allah” (Tirmidhi), emphasizing the importance of appreciating others. In the workplace, recognizing the efforts of colleagues and subordinates aligns with Islamic teachings, fostering mutual respect, compassion, and harmony.
The Islamic practice of Salah (prayer) incorporates gratitude as a central element. Muslims regularly express thankfulness to Allah during their prayers, reinforcing a positive mindset and reducing anxiety.
