Doha, Dec. 4 — The Workers Support and Insurance Fund, in coordination with Karwa, has announced free shuttle bus services for fans attending the “Associated Activities of Arab Cup Qatar 2025” across Asian Town, Barwa Baraha, and Kreeq Sports. The service begins today (Thursday, 4 December 2025) from 3 p.m. and aims to facilitate convenient and safe access for the public.
Shuttle buses will operate from two pickup points: Umm Ghuwailina (parking area opposite Toyota Signal) and Salahuddin Street (opposite Al Asmakh/Bukhari Masjid near Al Watan Center). Pickup services run from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., with return trips available from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. The free service will be offered on 4–5 December, 11–12 December, and 18 December, coinciding with Qatar National Day, allowing families and sports fans to fully enjoy the activities.
The “Associated Activities” will take place at multiple venues: the car park of the cricket stadium in Asian Town within the Industrial Area; the football ground at Barwa Baraha operated by Waseef; and Kreeq Sports Stadium, located behind Barwa Village and opposite Madinatna, where musical performances by Pakistani artists will be held throughout all event days. Additional programs in Al Khor will be hosted at the Barwa Recreation Complex in the Al Khor Industrial Area, ensuring wide accessibility for fans across the country.
Visitors will be able to enjoy free live screenings of Arab Cup Qatar 2025 matches, cultural and traditional performances, school team showcases, musical concerts by local bands, and audience “Talent Show” segments. The organizing committee has also arranged raffle draws with valuable prizes, safety and security awareness activities conducted by Ministry of Interior departments, and free health checks, including diabetes and blood pressure screenings provided by private clinics, enhancing both entertainment and community well-being.
