DOHA, Qatar • 3 November 2025 – His Excellency Mr. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, the Minister of State for Energy Affairs, met in Doha today with His Excellency Dr. Elijah Ngurare, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Namibia.
Discussions during the meeting dealt with energy relations and cooperation between Qatar and Namibia and means to enhance them.
