DOHA, Qatar • 4 February 2026 – His Excellency Mr. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, the Minister of State for Energy Affairs, met in Doha today with His Excellency Mr. Khalifa Rajab Abdul-Sadiq, the Minister of Oil and Gas in the Government of National Unity of the State of Libya.
Discussions during the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the 21st International Conference & Exhibition on Liquefied Natural Gas “LNG2026”, covered energy relations and cooperation between Qatar and Libya and means to enhance them.
