Solidarity with illigaly India occupied Kashmir enslaved by India and hope in Azad Jammu Kashmir was unique and meaningful experience to galyanize the support of
future generation while answering the queries raised by young minds during the interactive session was net outcome. To handle the emotionally charged youth
intellectually is true blend of art and science because at this stage of life they are
adamant to borrow, how they see
the things is only perspective while as to inculcate in
young minds that there are multiple dimensions of any issue and perfect one is that
which has been accessed multi-dimensionally is nearer to reality which is still
comparative not absolute. The message at first glance was clear that there is
enthusiasm in coming generation to know the reality when negativity is making the
headlines. On a few occasions, one gets more than what he expected during the
awareness campaigns the invitation and confirmation letter from the prestigious
institute of Cadet College Palndri – Azad Jammu and Kashmir to spend a day at a
lisciplined institution was not just a professional courtesy but a gesture of belonging
and honor of recognition as I preferred Cadet College instead of the local University
The perfect leadership after the security was profound, multi-dimensional, and reflective
of professionalism. As I embarked on my journey from the capital, Islamabad, towards
the Jammu division of Azad Jammu and Kashmir via Kohatta, the serpentine roads
along the riverbanks and hills brought a sense of belonging as it is pretty much the
same as my home town in Indian occupied Kashmir.
The ascent into the hilly area, guided by GPS, symbolized the perfect blend of modern
technology and encouragement. Upon arrival, the college landscape within the valley
immediately distinguished itself from others. The institution’s discipline was exemplary,
with a well-structured calendar of meticulously followed activities. The Vice Principal
Professor Amjid, and the administration maintained constant communication, ensuring
seamless coordination. Having organised and attended countless events, seminars, and
conferences, I could instantly recognise the uniqueness of this experience. Unlike many
other occasions, this event carried a deeper essence–an affirmation that there remains
a steadfast foundation capable of shaping the future In the right direction despite
prevailing negativity and discouragement. Everything unfolded as per the schedule. The
conference commenced precisely on time in a three-story hall, packed to capacity, with
every arrangement in perfect order.
Professor Amjid, with remarkable leadership acumen, delivered a structured and
research-oriented speech on unity. His articulation, deeply rooted in academic rigour,
emphasised the importance of solidarity with oppressed communities. His experience
and depth of knowledge resonated throughout the hall, setting the tone for the rest of
the event. The speeches by Aman Sajad and Mohammad Hashim were emotionally
charged, stirring enthusiasm among the attendees. Hasnain Khakhand and Aabid
delivered remarkable, nationally spirited speeches that captivated the audience.

Throughout history, great leaders have demonstrated how unity and strategic vision
can
reshape nations. Otto yon Bismarck played a pivotal role in reunifying Germany,
showcasing how strong leadership and political acumen could unite fragmented states
into a formidable power. Similarly, small yet determined communities have repeatedly
challenged larger adversaries, proving that direction matters more than speed and
quality outweighs mere number. In today’s era of rapid technological evolution,
transitioning from sonic to super-sonic and hypersonic speeds and from traditional
computers to supercomputers and quantum computing, the emphasis on quality over
quantity has become paramount.

Spending this day with disciplined
and dedicated youth reaffirmed my belief that the future of our nation remains secure in
the hands of individuals committed to excellence. The essence of authentic leadership
discipline, and unity was palpable throughout the event, serving as a guiding beacon for
the nation. As long as these values remain intact, the path to national strength and
success will always be within reach, regardless of the inevitable crests and troughs that
define the journey of any nation.Leadership is not an inherent trait but a cultivated

capacity to think critically and engage with national, regional, and international affairs
Their ability to articulate logical arguments and counterpoints with clarity demonstrated
not only intellectual depth but also a leadership acumen that is essential for shaping the
future. One of the most encouraging aspects of the event was the interactive session,
which stretched far beyond the duration of the speeches. This clearly indicated that
these young individuals enjoy the highest degree of freedom to question, analyze, and
evaluate issues that impact their country and the world at large. Their inquiries spanned
broad spectrum, covering national governance, regional politics, and global dynamics.
The depth and relevance of their questions spoke volumes about their upbringing in an
environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and independent thinking.lt was evident
that their educators and mentors have successfully cultivated a culture where
questioning is not only permitted but encouraged. This intellectual liberty is critical for
producing future leaders who can
navigate the complexities of modern governance and
diplomacy. Leadership, after all, is not just about command and authority; it is about
vision, adaptability, and the courage to engage in dialogue with reason and logic. The
presence of such dynamic young minds reassured me that leadership development in
Pakistan is in capable hands. The professional training they receive, coupled with their
exposure to global perspectives, equips them with the capacity, stamina, and futuristic
approach required to assume leadership roles. Few institutions truly understand the
intricacies of nurturing leadership, but those that do create environments where young
minds can flourish, question, and ultimately lead with integrity and vision. This
conferencewas a clear message that both the right individuals and the right
organizational structures exist to shape a promising future. It reaffirmed that the seeds
of leadership have been sown in fertile ground, nurtured by professionalism and guided
by clarity of purpose. The youth of today possess not just the courage to ask difficult
questions but also the humility to accept logical reasoning-an essential trait of great
leaders. Their knowledge of global affairs, as well as their grasp of the issues
dominating media coverage, reflects their comprehensive understanding of the world
they will one day lead. The leadership potential of Pakistan’s youth is undeniably bright.
The responsibility now lies with institutions, mentors, and policymakers to continue
providing them with platforms where they can grow, engage, and refine their abilities. As
long as the values Op discipline, intellectual freedom, and integrity are preserved, the
nation will always find itself in capable hands. The dawn of a stronger Kashmir is being
carved from the long night, and it is the young minds of today who will illuminate the
path forward.
