KUALA LUMPUR, January 29. /Dunyo IA/. – A delegation from the International Scientific Research Centers of Imam Maturidi and Imam Bukhari visited the Islamic Arts Museum of Malaysia to discuss potential collaboration, according to Dunyo IA. The meeting focused on promoting Uzbekistan’s rich history and exploring opportunities for joint ventures in pilgrimage tourism.
Notably, skilled craftsmen from Uzbekistan contributed to the museum’s construction. Each year, the museum attracts approximately 110,000 international tourists.
The museum showcases various exhibits related to Uzbekistan, including replicas of significant landmarks such as the Bibi-Khanum Mosque, Imam Bukhari Memorial Complex, Kalon Mosque, Mir-i-Arab Madrasa, as well as ancient manuscripts and historical costumes.
The museum’s leadership expressed a strong interest in establishing cooperation with Uzbekistan’s scientific and research institutions to further enhance cultural ties and academic exchange
