Gaza, May 14 (QNA) – The Israeli occupation forces have conducted airstrikes on multiple regions across the Gaza Strip, which killed 15 Palestinians and injured others.
Four Palestinians were martyred, and others were wounded following an Israeli drone attack on a shelter center on the perimeter of UNRWA-run schools at Jabalia camp in the northern enclave, local sources reported.
In the southern enclave, the sources added that six Palestinians were killed, and others were injured in an Israeli bombing of two houses adjacent to the European Hospital in Khan Younis city, with paramedics unable to rescue them.
In addition, two Palestinians were martyred in an Israeli drone attack on a group of people in Qizan Al Najjar area, south of the city, with civil defense rescuers recovering the bodies of four martyrs who were killed in a previous strike on the city, the sources continued.
In Gaza City, three Palestinians were killed when Israeli fighter jets targeted a group of Palestinians in Al Shujaiya neighborhood in the eastern part of the city, and two civilians were injured, one of them in critical condition, following an Israeli strike on the Al Shaaf area in the Al Tuffah neighborhood in the northeastern part of the city.
Medical sources reported that 80 Palestinians have been martyred due to the ongoing Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip since early Wednesday, including 59 in areas across the northern part of the enclave.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the death toll from the Israeli onslaught on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, had hit 52,928, with 119,846 individuals wounded.
