Ramallah, November 01 (QNA) – Israeli occupation army four Palestinians Friday, raided a number of homes, and seized 15 vehicles when they stormed the village of “Abwein” north of Ramallah in the West Bank.
Security sources said that the occupation forces stormed the village, raided a number of homes, arrested four civilians, turned a popular café into a military barracks, and subjected dozens of citizens to field investigation.
In a related context, the Israeli army, as usual, suppressed the weekly anti-settlement march in the village of Kafr Qaddum east of Qalqilya, and clashed with the demonstrators, where they used sound bombs and toxic tear gas, without reporting any injuries.
The village of Kafr Qaddum is subjected to repeated attacks by the occupation and settlers. Since early July 2011, its residents have been organizing a weekly peaceful march to demand the opening of the village street that was closed by the Israeli army during the second intifada in 2003, and to reject the colonial plans.
Cities, towns and camps in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem were also subjected to raids and incursions by the occupation forces and settlers, accompanied by confrontations, arrests and the firing of live and rubber bullets and tear gas canisters at Palestinians.
The pace of these attacks has increased with the start of the unprecedented and ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip for more than a year.
