MIRPUR ( AJK): Dec 13 : Indian Illegally occupied Jammu Kashmir state based Kashmiri rights outfit – International Forum for justice Human Rights JK said on Friday that unresolved Kashmir issue was questioning international conscience that by being mute spectator to the state terror amounts of being hand in glove with those who are perpetrators of these crimes against humanity ?, says a report reaching here Friday night from across the line of control.

The IFJHR JK Chairman Muhammad Ahsaan Untoo Chairman while addressing people during investigation of cases at Prang kagan Ganderbal in occupied Kashmir valley said that “As the world is changing from conflict management to conflict resolution, Kashmir solution as per 5th January resolutions of United Nations deserves the priority because of its being the oldest unfinished agenda of united nations”, says a report reaching here Friday from across the line of control.

He was accompanied by several of Male/ Female rights activists representing out side kashmiri Human Rights Defender organizations, the report said.

The world fame Kashmiri human rights activist continued that India had used its military power to suppress the common innocent civilian population of Jammu Kashmir in her (India ) unlawful occupation, for their single crime of fighting for their inalienable right of self determination promised by united nations to every human being living on this planet.

Untoo stated that India must understand now that it has exhausted all the armory under its command to defeat the Kashmiri nation, but has miserably failed in its expansionist design of keeping Kashmir under its forcible occupation .The history, Untoo said, is testimony to the fact that no any nation has been defeated who have fought collectively against foreign occupation.

Untoo advised India to safeguard its territorial integrity & provide food to its citizens who are starving by vacating all the territories of Jammu Kashmir it has kept under its domain, other wise it faces a serious threat to its territorial integrity from the forces of history which clearly teaches that keeping people forcibly under the governance against their wishes is detrimental, so subjecting common people to worst kind of human rights violations and denying them their fundamental rights can never be called a wise decision, the report said.

” The freedom movement of Kashmir is destined to succeed as this is the collective decision of people of Jammu Kashmir state, so the better option for India is to hurry the decision of withdrawing its forces from the whole of Jammu Kashmir state”, the Kash.iri rights activist said, the report added
