KFM pays glorious tributes to July 13, 1931 Kashmiri martyrs reaffirming resolve to continue their mission till last victory:

MIRPUR (AJK): July  13 : Paying rich tributes to the Kashmiri martyrs of July 13, 1931, gunned down by the despotic dogra regime in front of the Srinagar central prison, Kashmir Freedom Movement,  President Engr. Afzal Ziai said here on Saturday that entire nation stands  in solemn remembrance and deep respect of valiant sons of the soil who sacrificed their precious lives this day in 1931.

Addressing a prayer congregation  hosted by the KFM in Bhimber to remember the Kashmiri martyrs of this historic day of July 13, 1931, Ziai said “on this day, 93 years ago, the people of Jammu & Kashmir rose in unity and courage against oppression, sparking a movement that continues to inspire our struggle for freedom and justice.

He continued that the tragic events of that day, where unarmed protestors faced brutal repression, mark a pivotal moment in Kashmiris history. “The supreme sacrifices of lives  and unyielding spirit in the face of tyranny laid the foundation for our ongoing fight for self-determination and human rights”, the  Kashmiri leader said.

“Today, we honor the martyrs of July 13, 1931, and reaffirm our commitment to their legacy”, Afzal Ziai,  besides other leaders of his organization while speaking on this occasion.

Speakers underloned that the historic day reminds that the path to freedom was paved with the courage of those who dare to stand against injustice.

“The  sacrifices of their precious lives were not forgotten; it was a beacon loght for us towards a future of peace, dignity, and sovereignty for the people of Jammu Kashmir State “, the KFM President said

Speakers said that the day  infuse a new and fresh spirit among  Kashmiris to continue their struggle with unwavering resolve, unity, and dedication. “Let us draw strength from their bravery and remain steadfast in our pursuit of a free and just Kashmir”, speakers said.

The gathering prayed for upholding of the status of the  martyrs of July 13 at highest stage in heaven  and continuation of their legacy to inspire and strengthen  Kashmiris firm resolve to continue struggle for liberation of the motherland from forced and unlawful Indian occupation
