Liaqat Baloch lauds Pakistani nation, valiant armed forces of the country for resorting to convincing defeat to Indian aggression with full vigor

MIRPUR ( AJK): May 30. Lambasting India for her hegemonic and aggressive designs in the region, Naib Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Liaquat Baloch said that New Delhi was trying to become the policeman of the region and her approach has become a threat to the peace of the entire region.

“India’s such dreams of hegemonic designs will not be allowed to be fulfilled”, the JI leader warned while speaking at the “Meet The Press” programme hosted jointly by the Kashmir Press Club Mirpur-AJK and JI AJK top leader Dr. Riaz Ahmed here on Friday with the Press Club President Syed Abid Hussain Shah in the chair.

Liaqat Baloch, also Central Secretary General ‘Milli Yakjehti Council Pakistan ‘ strongly criticized India’s aggressive policies, which, he declared, a permanent threat to the regional and global peace.

Referring to Delhi’s sponsored recent Pehelgam False Flag Operation that took over 26 innocent human lives,
Liaqat Baloch said that India launched unprovoked aggression against the targetted sites of Pakistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir under the bogey of the Pahalgam carnage of the innocent tourists as a justification, but the way the Pakistani nation and the valiant Pakistani armed forces responded resorting to convincing defeat to the enemy was commendable and which was being highly acknowledged and lauded the world over, he underlined. “India’s coming ten generations will also remember the country’s (India) recent historical thrashing by Pakistan in response to Delhi’s unprovoked aggression against this ever peace-loving country – Pakistan”, the JI leader said.

He said that the fascist Indian Prime Minister Modi was destroying his own party and the country because of his traditional hard lined notorious Hindutva prejudicial communal approach, he added.

Continuing Baloch warned that lasting peace in the region was not possible without an ever-lasting solution to the Kashmir issue. “Kashmir belongs to the Kashmiris and Palestine belongs to the Palestinians”, the JI leader underlined.

He emphasized that the world must play its healthy role for early settlement of Kashmir issue under the peaceful means especially under UN resolutions discouraging wars.

The Naib Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan demanded that the Kashmiri leadership be included in any of future talks between Pakistan and India.

Lauding all out endevours by Pakistan and the brave armed forces of the country to eliminate terrorism from its roots in rhe country, Liaqat Baloch stressed that the Pakistan government must resolve the issue of eliminating internal terrorism from its roots.

Referring to the fast emerging Kashmir freedom movement, the JI leader emphasized that Azad Jammu Kashmir should be made a strong base camp of freedom of Kashmir in true perspective.

Liaqat Baloch while bitterly criticizing the prevailing political system of Azad Jammu Kashmir, observed that the current political system in the region has failed miserably. He said that there was no precedent as opposition left in Azad Jammu Kashmir, which, he observed, was a dangerous trend.”

Liaqat Baloch invited all national political parties to stand united on the current situation raising their voice unitedly against India’s warmongering approach and madness.

The JI Deputy Supremo asserted that the Jamaat-e-Islami was playing its vibrant role of the real leadership of the Kashmiri people, raising Kashmiris earnest desire of securing and implementation of their birth right to self determination

Concluding, Baloch said that in the current situation, there was an urgent need for encounraging more responsible political leadership in the country.
