Paris: NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte confirmed he is aware of Ukraine’s “victory plan,” presented by President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday, and is actively coordinating with alliance members on the next steps.

Rutte emphasized that the plan encompasses multiple elements beyond military objectives and noted ongoing discussions among NATO members to address its entirety.

Reaffirming NATO’s commitment to Ukraine, Rutte described the process of Ukraine’s eventual membership in the alliance as “irreversible” — a key objective for Zelensky. The plan is expected to serve as a roadmap for achieving long-term goals in the conflict.
