MIRPUR ( AJK): Oct. 11.The Patron-in-Chief of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan, Azad Jammu Kashmir, Riaz Alam Advocate said here on Saturday
” Pakistan was our country and we always stand happy with the way our country had emerged in the Islamic world”.

While addressing a press conference at the Kashmir Press Club, Mirpur he said that the alleged atrocities being committed against Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan activists were regrettable and condemnable act.

” The TLP workers were subjected to extreme torture in the movement’s center in Lahore, and the matter did not stop here, but all roads were blocked throughout Pakistan to discourage the TLP activists and supporters’ movement ahead to enter Islamabad:, he said.

Allama Aslam Naqshbandi, Shaukat Mirpuri, Mufti Rashid Al-Qadri, Qari Muhammad Waseem, Chaudhry Aziz Advocate, and others were also present on this occasion.

Riaz Alam Advocate said that our protest was for the Muslims of Palestine. The government should support us in this. Today, protests was being held all over the world against the atrocities of Israel. He said that Hindus and Jews can never be our friends. Allah has said in the Quran. They can deceive Pakistan, they can commit fraud, but they can never be friends, Alam emphatically said.

Riaz Alam Advocate said that our protest was peaceful. “Even today, we are sitting in the Press Club and demanding the government of Azad Jammu Kashmir, Pakistan.

“We tell the institutions that we are peaceful people and are protesting for our religion and for the oppressed Muslims. Pakistan is our country and we will not hesitate to give our lives for its integrity. We ask the institutions to play their role and take notice of the atrocities committed against the workers of Labbaik”, he added.

Speakers, besides Riaz Alam Advocate, Allama Aslam Naqshbandi, Shaukat Mirpuri, Mufti Rashid Al-Qadri, Qari Muhammad Waseem, Chaudhry Aziz Advocate, while addressing news Conference said “we, the people of Kashmir, stood with our forces Pakistan during the war with India and will continue to be the strength of our forces”, they added.

They alleged that the police shot and killed our workers. They are the children of this country and are participating in the protest empty-handed. Not a single pot was broken in our protest. Who are the people who are being pleased by the government by martyring these innocent people?, speakers asked.

“Our leaders Saad Rizvi and Anas Rizvi are leading the protest on the front line. This was especially for our party. They said that 17 of our youth have been martyred and more than 50 people have been injured. The TLP Leaders said that our people are peaceful and unarmed. There was no armed person in our convoy. Wrong propaganda is also being spread against us.

They further said that the state slways stands as a mother and a mother stands as a child.
