Qatar, Palestine Ministers discuss International cooperation and Foreign Affairs

Geneva, February 25 (QNA) – HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met Tuesday with HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine, Dr. Varsen Aghabekian Shahin, on the sidelines of the 58th session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva.

During the meeting, they discussed the cooperative relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them.

They also discussed the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, especially the flow of humanitarian aid to the Strip, and the State of Qatar’s joint mediation efforts that resulted in reaching a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, in addition to several topics of common interest
