QSE Index Closes Higher

Doha, December 24 (QNA) – The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed on Wednesday higher by 13.75 points, or 0.13 percent, to reach 10,837.61 points.
During the session, a total of 82,382,327 shares were traded, with a value of QR 216,469,506.132, through 10,482 transactions across all sectors.
The session saw the shares of 32 companies rise, and those of 18 companies decline, while two companies maintained their previous closing price.
At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization stood at QR 649,262,860,861.178, compared to QR 648,358,395,254.840 in the previous session.
