MIRPUR ( AJK): November 16: The district heads of all the nation-building institutions have been instructed to resolve the public issues raised by the elected representatives on priority addressing their legitimate grievances in accordance with the law and the constitution.

This was stated by Mirpur-AJK Deputy Commissioner Yasir Riaz Chaudhry while addressing a delegation of
members of the District Council and Local Council which called on him in his office here late Saturday, District Administration official spokesman Javed Malik told our Special Jammu Kashmir state Correspondent Altaf Hamid Rao here on Sunday.

The delegation apprised the DC of the problems confronted by their respective constitutional areas.

Talking to the delegation, Deputy Commissioner Yasir Riaz said that necessary instructions were given to the departments in the recent review meeting organized by the district administration.

He said that elected representatives including members of the District Council, members of the Local Council including the chairmen should be satisfied of the positive outcome of the nation building instructions towards redressal of their geuine grievances.

The local bodies representatives are always respectable to the government. Yasir Riaz Chaudhry said suggesting that the should highlight the issues of their respective areas and fulfill their public rights and duties diligently.

The DC assured that the administration and all government and semi-government institutions will resolve the issues raised by the elected bodies in accordance with the law. He invited the audience that if the elected representatives faces difficulties in any institution or department, they could apprise him of the situation  directly.
