MOSCOW, March 25 – Russian negotiator Grigory Karasin described recent talks with the United States in Riyadh as “useful,” according to TASS news agency.
Karasin, who chairs the Russian Federation Council’s Committee on International Affairs, stated that the discussions were comprehensive and challenging but valuable for both sides. He emphasized that the dialogue covered a wide range of issues and would continue in the future.
The negotiations, held between Russian and U.S. delegations, lasted approximately 12 hours and concluded on Monday in Riyadh. While specific details of the discussions were not disclosed, reports suggest that the agenda included key geopolitical concerns and bilateral relations.
A joint statement summarizing the outcomes of the talks is expected to be released on Tuesday. Analysts believe these negotiations are part of broader efforts to address tensions between Moscow and Washington and explore potential areas of cooperation.
