WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump committed to ending the economic struggles faced by Americans, declaring that “America’s decline is over.” Speaking at a “No tax on tips” rally in Las Vegas, he outlined plans to create the “four greatest years in the history of our country.”
Trump emphasized his focus on combating inflation, reducing prices, and raising wages. He criticized the previous administration for its economic policies, which he claimed harmed the American middle class and led to economic stagnation. “We had no wars when I left… but now we’re trying to clean up the mess,” Trump said.
Since assuming office on January 20, Trump highlighted his swift actions, citing nearly 350 executive orders to reverse what he termed the “failures and betrayals” of the Biden administration.
A key priority for the Republican-majority Congress, according to Trump, is passing a major tax cut for workers, families, and small businesses. “In the coming weeks, I’ll work with Congress to get a bill on my desk that cuts taxes for American workers and families,” he added, signaling the direction of his economic agenda.
Trump’s speech aimed to rally support for his administration’s ongoing efforts to boost the U.S. economy and reduce the financial burden on everyday Americans
