\nMIRPUR (AJK), July 16: A delegation of officers from the Supreme Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) visited the Supreme Court of Pakistan to enhance institutional capacity and strengthen professional cooperation between the two judicial institutions.
\nThe two-day visit was held on the vision of Chief Justice of AJK Justice Raja Saeed Akram Khan to promote coordination, modern judicial practices, and exchange of best practices.
\nDuring the visit, the delegation met Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi, who emphasized the importance of institutional collaboration, professional development, and effective judicial administration.
\nThe delegation received a briefing on the Supreme Court of Pakistan\u2019s reform initiatives, including e-filing, video-link hearings, digital case management, the National Judicial Analytics Dashboard, and the Public Facilitation Centre.
\nThe officers also visited various departments, including the Information Technology Directorate and Supreme Court Museum, to review modern judicial and administrative procedures.
\nThe AJK Supreme Court delegation appreciated the technological advancements and reforms and expressed commitment to further cooperation in digital services, case management, and administrative improvements.
\nBoth institutions reaffirmed their commitment to continued collaboration and capacity-building efforts for a transparent, efficient, and people-friendly justice system.<\/p>\n
